The Tattvas

Five simple shapes and colours, from Indian philosophy by way of the Golden Dawn, used to train perception and attention.

The Tattvas are five elemental forms from Indian philosophy, and in the Western tradition they became a set of cards for training the imagination. Each Tattva has one shape, one colour and one element. They are simple enough to hold steady in the mind, which makes them an excellent first exercise in vision.
