Enochian — An Introduction

Enochian is the name later given to the angelic language and magical system received by John Dee and Edward Kelley between 1582 and 1589. Dee believed it was the language of the angels, spoken by Adam before the Fall and known to the biblical patriarch Enoch. It is one of the most intricate — and most mythologised — systems in Western magic.
