Liber Resh vel Helios — "the Book of Resh, or of the Sun", Resh being the Hebrew letter of the Sun — is the simplest and most widely kept of Crowley's practices. It was published in 1911 in the sixth number of The Equinox as the daily adorations for aspirants to the A∴A∴. It takes a minute, four times a day.
