The Tarot & the Stars — Decans, Pips & Courts
How the Golden Dawn tied every small card to ten degrees of the zodiac, and every court card to an element of an element.
The trumps carry the Hebrew letters, the planets and the signs (see The Twenty-Two Paths & the Tarot). But the Golden Dawn went further: in the manuscript known as Book T every one of the forty small cards and sixteen court cards was given its own place in the heavens. Learn the pattern and you can read any minor card as a planet in a sign — and know which card "rules" the ten days you are living through.
